Black Mosaic

Mosaic stones that acquire their color based on the mineral composition of the rocks are cut into the desired dimensions using special cutting tools. It is also possible to carve these stones into an oval shape.

These stones, which require extensive craftsmanship, have been observed to remain durable for centuries when properly applied. Mosaics used for decoration primarily create a picture or shape, so they are typically not used individually but are formed by combining at least two different-colored mosaic stones.

Initially used on the domes of mosques, mosaics have gradually transitioned to wall and floor coverings. They are also frequently used in various garden landscaping projects.
